Had 2 thermo pump installed, so cool air in the summer and heat in the spring and fall :) had excellent service and the technician Eric, did a wonderful job, very polite and professional, cleaned everything before he left, could not tell someone had work at my house. I recommend this company to every one !!

The management team followed up on the work done at my place. Dominic was very helpful and professional. They care about the service they deliver and customers satisfaction. Thank you Gray Hawk!

I called Gray Hawk to fix my geothermal unit in July 2013. The technician told me that since Gray Hawk didn't install the unit, I would need to pay up front (about 1000) and that the company would refund me when they received the money from Water Furnace. The problem was a freon leak and should be covered under warranty for a unit less than 3 years old. Around the end of August I follow up to see when the money is coming, and they inform me that they have no intention of getting the money from Water Furnace for me. \It takes a lot of time to do\ they say, and we didn't install your unit, so you're out of luck. Never mind what the technician told me. Basically, they had gotten paid so they weren't interested in doing any more work in order to get my waranty money for me. Also, in September the freon is empty and needs service again. Do they care? No. They want nothing to do with it. Happy ending to this story is that, while complaining to the regional distributor in Montreal, they give me the name of an excellent outfit (22degres in Ille Perrot). They fix my unit properly (which involved replacing the entire heating/cooling coil), all under warranty (even though they didn't install the unit), and are even looking into trying to get me the warranty refund that Gray Hawk is too lazy to do for me. Bottom line: Gray Hawk doesn't care about you. Stay away.
