Natalie called us telling us that they got very good promotions. We took the appointment thinking that nothing will come out of it.....Well, we were in for a good surprise. We got a great deal on our CRV, my husband wanted to have the 2021, but we ended up having the 2020 instead. Mistakes happen, considering that we're leasing it, it's not a big deal. It's our third time leasing a vehicle with them and each time it was a pleasant experience. We always got good service.

I found that everything we discussed was looked after as discussed and on time. Natalie and Stephanie are helpful, competent and fun. Really disappointed in the customer service at the Hawkesbury Honda. It’s all nice and dandy when their trying to sell you a car, call you up and ask if you have questions or what not but once the car is bought and papers are signed they drop the service BIG TIME. I can’t get them to call or email me back I’ve been waiting since December when I bought the car for a certain service and each time I call there’s an excuse the manager isnt there or in a meeting etc. I am tired of running around after them and wanting to let everyone know how their service really is like after purchase. 10 and a half months later I still didn’t get an appointment. Waiting....
