Natalie called us telling us that they got very good promotions. We took the appointment thinking that nothing will come out of it.....Well, we were in for a good surprise. We got a great deal on our CRV, my husband wanted to have the 2021, but we ended up having the 2020 instead. Mistakes happen, considering that we're leasing it, it's not a big deal. It's our third time leasing a vehicle with them and each time it was a pleasant experience. We always got good service.

This purchase was my third vehicle from Hawkesbury Honda, and I live in Montreal! The sales team is dynamic and on top of things, they are kind and courteous, and the prices cannot be beat. I found that everything we discussed was looked after as discussed and on time. Natalie and Stephanie are helpful, competent and fun. Buying my cars there had only been a positive and pleasant experience. Un gros merci!
Really disappointed in the customer service at the Hawkesbury Honda. It’s all nice and dandy when their trying to sell you a car, call you up and ask if you have questions or what not but once the car is bought and papers are signed they drop the service BIG TIME. I can’t get them to call or email me back I’ve been waiting since December when I bought the car for a certain service and each time I call there’s an excuse the manager isnt there or in a meeting etc. I am tired of running around after them and wanting to let everyone know how their service really is like after purchase. 10 and a half months later I still didn’t get an appointment. Waiting....
We had a great experience here, everything from the greeting to the keys was amazing! Thanks to Steve, Christian and Sophie especially!
