Been trying to talk to a staff at this bank for 3 days now. I need an appointment for a simple change of name on an account. I have always been a client in good standing and nothing of a difficult client. So far, over 8 telephone calls to this dear bank. Remember, all I want is availability dates for an appointment. Calls being answered by larger branches, such as Toronto and Ottawa who dispatch the calls to this local branch office . Here in Hawkesbury, it's nope. NOBODY answers their phone. And I mean NOBODY. I left messages on different voice mails but they don't listen to their messages? They don't return their calls or else their voice mails are full !!!!! Been a client at what is left of this bank for about 40 years. Times have changed. Totally unpersonalized, indifferent and inconsiderate regarding their clients' needs. A ''white elephant'' sitting on Main Street. I have yet to find a way to make an appointment at what is left of this bank. I will probably have to drive there and talk to them in person since they don't take phone calls. What a shame. What a crying shame. Having to waste hours of our time to try and get a hold of these bureaucrats whose only interest is their pay cheque. Where has client respect gone? Nice slogan: ''We care about our clients'' Really? You guessed right. I am dissatisfied customer.
