Nathan is super knowledgeable. All of the staff are Texas friendly and like the others have posted, don’t go anywhere else. They have the parts and shop to get you back on the road. Highly recommended.
We are traveling across the country and had a suspension issue on our fifth wheel camper. We were literally stuck in Amarillo with no place to go and no place to get this repaired. We ended up staying overnight and first thing in the morning started calling places Hawkins not only had the parts that we needed they fit us in first thing in the morning and got us in and out and back on the road in less than an hour. The staff is not only friendly and professional but they're actually kind of a hoot, really great honest people that won't rip you off when you're stuck on the side of the road. I highly recommend if I could give more than five stars I give them 20. Thank you Hawkins trailer Inc for Superior Service.
