TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was in dire straights and Mrs. Sherry assisted me well above and beyond! I travelled to Warner Robins for business and a few hours into my drive, I realized I left my uniform hanging on the door. That's what rushing will do! I called over to clothing sales to find out if I could get a name tape done and how soon. I was told 2-3 weeks but to try the number of a lady off base. I called and explained my situation and immediately, Mrs. Sherry was able to accommodate. She even had my size uniform on hand! I got there pretty late and although she closed around 1700 she allowed me to come to her home after hours to pick-up my uniform. She also did not take payment until I arrived. I tried to offer a 50 tip and she refused stating she was happy to serve and thanked me for my service. I was so overwhelmed with emotion for her selfless actions. I thanked the Lord for sending her my way and as a show of gratitude I am leaving this post. Again, she was very professional, courteous and spot on! I went to class the next day as though nothing happened. Thank you again Mrs. Sherry and I wish you many blessings to your continued business success! You didn't have to go out of your way, but you did and I will be forever grateful!

I own Hamrz Customs here in Middle Georgia, and we are working on a full custom build for a large company. The monogram on the upholstery needed to be jam up...and these folks came through in a big \wow\ way! I could not be more impressed with the result, it was absolutely stunning! Or customer will surely be blown away with the final product, and we will be calling on these folks again in the near future!
Last fall I gave Sherry a design for spirit shirts to support my niece for basketball. The shirts came out better than I imagined, and they were finished before the anticipated time. She was also very accomodating...as I had to pick them up later than business hours. PLUS the price was better than others I had called!
My experience was unpleasant. I ordered nametapes for my uniforms. I took them on base and both the military clothing sales and alterations reps told me the format and size was not correct. I called and emailed to politely see if they could correct it. No return phone call however I did receive a rude reply to my emails offering NO solutions. She made it very clear that she was offended. She also mentioned several times that they were in business since 1995. This was her first time ever getting a complaint. She even acknowledged the font and format was different, but told me it was approved with excessive exclamation points. I don't understand why people treat you like that when you are nothing but kind and respectful. Now I will make sure that Clothing Sales on base knows since they referred me due to their three week back log.
Sherrie and Andy have helped us display a professional image since we began our business. I love their work...always a top notch product!
