So good to get back with classes running again. All the teachers are brilliant. You must try Body Attack, Pump, Spin and HIT / Grit classes. All fantastic. Good atmosphere and social distancing in place and managed well.

Waited for this gym to reopen to stay loyal to it rather than join another gym that had opened a good month before Fusion got their act together and reopened. When finally reopening, they refused to put their air con on, resulting in a very hot gym area without any fresh air from outward facing doors or windows. They didn't even provide any fans to compensate, which is the least that could be done for their clients trying to exercise in a very hot gym. Spoke with the gym manager, Dan Denniss, who said I could have my membership cancelled and refund what I'd paid for, and to email in requesting this to happen. Emailed 6 times, and the only times I'd get a response would be when I included head office into the emails - hence responding only when he felt he had to, rather than to assist. Still no refund and no sign of the membership being cancelled two weeks on. As others have said, it's a run down gym with a very small selection of outdated / old machinery, with what I've found to be bad customer service to follow. At 30 per month, it should be better. Joined Xercise4Less in Rochford now for 9.99 per month, with much better equipment, much more equipment, friendlier / happier staff and 10x the number of machines, and fresh cool air when working out. Terrible job Fusion. With the numbers of members leaving, I can see this being closed soon.
