I believe they’ve removed Mary as the manager there so I hope things are much better because this is a beautiful place however she was the devil! When your speaking to her she tries to act very nice and loving but you can tell it’s fake and her actions then proves it! There was so much that she did wrong that it’s to much to write bit all here but what I’d like to share is that when I moved out she lied and said that I left the apartment a mess and that I broke all kinds of things well luckily I recorded video of the entire apartment once I moved everything out and cleaned it because I knew she was capable of doing something so low down! I immediately contacted the owner, and sent him the video and he handled everything very professionally, I didn’t leave with a bill and shortly after I was told she no longer work there. I hope that’s true!

From day one, Hawthorne at Sugarloaf welcomed my brother into the complex. They were genuinely kind and gave superb customer service. On short notice they also provided a great apartment for him to call \home\...they've become family. Hawthorne at Sugarloaf is our #1 choice to stay/rent in the Atlanta area. We highly recommend it!

I have been living here 3 months now and it has been amazing! Apartments are clean and community is quiet. Pet friendly! Management was really helpful. Susie went above and beyond! Her customer service is top notch. If your looking for a place, this is the spot!

Love this place! Good location, grounds are well maintained, and parking isn’t terrible. Pretty quiet. Everyone at the office seems nice, including the manager. Best apartment community I’ve lived at in GA, for sure!
