Ordered products 2 weeks ago. I had an email almost immediately saying my order was processing and it would be despatched in 3-5 working days. The next day payment was taken from my account. As yet no communication as to when my order will be with me or replies to my emails. I appreciate staffing levels are reduced but an update would be good.

Haxnicks Tomato Crop Booster What a fantastic idea! It only took me 15 minutes to assemble & get my tomato Plants & pots in place, & within hours they’re looking so much happier! Extremely easy to put together, & made of robust plastic coated frame, it’s like having a mini greenhouse (if you go for the cover as well). The frame sits well on my patio & keeps things tidy, but well nurtured. As you plants grow and flourish it’s also dead easy to adjust the supports upwards, to keep everything in place. Gone are the days of Bamboo canes and little bits of fiddly twine (which were always difficult to fix properly on hard standing) thanks to the Haxnicks Tomato Crop Booster.
I love Haxnicks stuff. I've got a their potato planters, a couple of Bell cloches and I've just got the Leaf Picker which is worth it's weight in gold with all the leaves that were in my garden!
Baby spinach leafed out and growing beautifully under my Haxnicks cloches. As temps dip into the 30F they are fine with the light frosts, but I don’t have to worry about that overnight surprise hard frost. Their mini-greenhouse environment will keep them growing (and me eating) well into the winter. By placing these and some radishes in planters right outside the back door, I get to just dip outside for a quick harvest and then back in, and give my raised beds some time to rest in cover crop instead of stressing them with another round of fall planting. Packaging badly damaged, consequently some of the contents are missing. Left on doorstep, not signed for. Can't review quality of the item yet as I can't assemble it with pieces missing. Waiting for a response... Tried their other eMail address, got a response and a replacement item was dispatched with 24 hour delivery. Same delivery co. but they got a signature this time. The items themselves seem ok - as described. Will need securing to avoid blowing away, but I'd expect that with something this big.
