Never knew this place was here. Always went to 1 of 2 other locations where I would wait for ever just to get the worse service ever. But not here. Low music playing and 3 people inside. All 3 in line for tags. So that put me first and only person in line for license. Snap of a pic, signature and initials, pay and out the door in less than 5 minutes. It's a friday, 1:20pm. Shhhhh!!! Don't tell anyone!
This satellite court building for Blount county serves the western area of the county. There is a sheriff sub-station and office, plus they also have the revenue office, tags and licenses. The staff is professional and very helpful. You can also renew your pistol permit here as well.
Never a long wait! Always fast in and out. Staff is helpful.
Was nice to have something close by and the ladies there was super friendly and no one person in line when I arrived. In and out!
