Many months prior to my recent visit for an oil change I'd stopped in to ask about an issue I was having with my car. It was the first time I'd been to this particular Jiffy Lube. The employee who helped me took time to not simply examine the problem but he ended up fixing it for me. Initially they were going to charge a small fee but because it took a little longer than originally thought the fee was waved. The quote I'd gotten from my regular mechanic just hours before was around 75. Suffice it to say the kind gesture made a huge impression on me. So this time around I opted to come here for my oil change. I was told that this business was under new ownership/management as of about 8 months ago and was within the time frame of my original visit. I will definitely be returning. I appreciate their professionalism and trust that they will continue to provide excellent service. Kindness, taking that extra step, along with good workmanship goes a long way in building a trusted relationship between a business and their customers.

The oil change was great. Kim is a great communicator. However, they recommended a fuel filter change, which I agreed to. 5 minutes later they said they can't due the fuel filter change because I have a fuel line leak and they don't fix those. I didn't have a fuel line leak before but when I took it home that night I had a puddle of fuel on the garage floor. I am 90% sure their tech caused the fuel leak that ended up costing me 305 to repair. Mistakes happen, but I wish they had been honest with me. Now I'm out 305, I'm sure, because of something they caused and did not take responsibility for. I'm open for discussion, but just printing what I believe.

New owner. Prices have increased dramatically and Farm Bureau discounts are no longer honored. Car was not vacuumed. Tire pressure was indicated as being low (25#) on invoice but they didn't inflate tire. More money for fewer services. Will likely go elsewhere.

Visit and customer service was excellent. The team went far and beyond to assist me, including getting my walker out of my car and into the building. Only complaint I have is no other choices on oil except Pennzoil, in which I refuse to put in my car.

First I asked if the coupons I had we're good they said well we're an independent so we don't have to honor those. tinder ad said that we could wait in the car if her car wasn't lifted off the ground they said that wasn't true. They had me and my twelve-year-old son waiting at eight by ten lobby with other people. I asked considering kogan and all can't we just wait in the car it's not being lifted, they said no. They only had one car in the garage I park on the vacant side , me and my son go wait for a while in the lobby that was too small came outside waited a while nothing was happening it was cold so me and my son left
