I walked in, and was rudely greeted by an elder lady asking "what I needed" I stated we were there for passport things, and she rudely replied that "they didn't do any of that there" I wasn't offended by her words as I was by her tone and attitude! She made it very clear that she wasn't interested in helping us even if they did offer what I needed! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT STORE!
