I don’t usually leave reviews. Amazing customer service! Clerk helped me save over 100 on shipping, even repackaged my items for me. Went above and beyond what is expected. Top notch will definitely use again.

Very very helpful here. Had issues with a few deliveries and they helped me sort it out. Far better customer service than USPS. The prices for shipping are a whole other story.

I’m not one to leave reviews but the help I received here goes above and beyond!!! First I went to local USPS and was treated like I was an issue and the price not only for shipping but packaging was crazy, that’s how I ended up at Hayden UPS. I was greeted by a sweet lady named Bonnie “ come here hun, let me help you” . She took what I was shipping found the box for perfect fit and said it’d be there tomorrow ( she said she’d pack for me) all for under 20.00. Thank you so much for great customer service.
