I am a first time customer and was highly impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the entire staff. From the moment I arrived I met with Jennifer the receptionist, then with the aid nurse (forgot her name), then with Dr. Scrimsher and then finally Jenna at the eye glasses area. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Throughout the entire process they let me know what was to come and with Jenna she covered the insurance coverage which helped me in my selection decision. I am grateful to find such a great place. I’m confident my husband and daughter will be pleased when they visit on Monday.

I see Dr Stoenner at Hayden Vision Source. She is an amazing doctor and has helped with several vision / eye issues I had. She is very kind and really cares about her patients, you'll know that you aren't just another number to her. I've only had one issue with my glasses lenses and they promptly made it right. Highly recommend.

The doctor and assistant were nice and helpful but the front office staff was rude. The doctor is not enough of a reason to go back here. Jennifer was impatient, not willing to take the time to help and spoke in a degrading manner. I was told that if I only spent a portion of my insurance allowance that I would lose my remaining amount and that I had to spend it all at once. I called my insurance company and was told this was not true. This office was also not willing to email me my prescription. I have had other offices do this in the past with no problem. It’s an inconvenience for a busy mom of 3 with a husband that works over time to try to figure out how to go to an office only to get one piece of paper. It also seems inconsistent with their Covid protocols. I would understand if these issues were only because of company policy but that wasn’t explained in my interaction when trying to order contacts. At the very least it’s not worth it to go back to only to be treated rudely and have to do the work of getting my prescription, insurance coverage information and ordering all on my own. I’m only writing this review in hopes that someone else doesn’t waste their time.

I was visiting out of town and had an eye issue, the Front Desk staff was extremely kind and got me a last minute appointment. Just overall the entire staff was very professional and welcoming and Dr. Scrimsher was excellent! He was very thorough and helped get the issue resolved. I would 100% have him as my regular eye doctor if I lived in town!

More stars needed! I LOVE this place! The environment is very clean, warm, generous and professional! They had a great selection of glasses to choose from. I am very small and need kids' sized glasses. They had great options, but Kelsey ordered several more pairs for me to select from, answered all my questions, and happily fitted my daughter's glasses (that we didn't purchase there) to her face better than anywhere we've been, giving stellar customer service every visit!
