Absolute shambles, literally processed a damaged item which was in a transparent bag. Manager tried to tell me that they process 1000 orders. I am pretty sure when you pick up an item from the warehouse for a customer , you do not give them damaged products which is clearly visible that it's damaged. The girl at the door was really helpful but the manager had no sense of customer service.

What a great shopping experience at Argos today. Nice man at the front who was very helpful and ladies inside efficient and friendly. I wish all shops were the same.

Waited for nearly half an hour to place the order. Only two staffs serving customers. One staff was on dispatch. Nearly 4 staffs was in side the Warhouse cheating to each other!!! May be they were having a big meeting about \how to make big queue\ I wont complain the staff it's the management cutting staff hours to make more profit And the bright side *Plenty of free parking

I had a bad experience. The staff working here is very rude and inexperienced. I bought an earphone and its not compatible with my phone and I went to exchange it next day, even I did not use it. But they refused to exchange it and said due to this pandemic we cant do. I wanna to know where in your policy they have mentioned you cant return your item, they mentioned you can return it within 30 days.
