Very bad experience at the collection point with a colleague. And also noticed there is no social distancing at all. People are swarming at the self checkout. I typed in my number I needed and I was waiting. The machine said, the colleague will bring the package shortly. After 30 minutes an another customer came she typed the code in then a colleague arrived shortly. And I was asking her what is she knows about mine because I was waiting for here for a while. She started to shout at me: - You have to type in! I said: - Yes I already did it the machine said I have to wait for the colleague. She continued it: No! You haven't done it! You have to type in or scan! I typed my code in again then her gadget started to ring She continued shouting: You see? Now it's working! And then she continued it with a lover voice:(after this she became actually helpful) - Oh.. it's says it's delivered...Let me have a look... She checked the qr code then she ran off and came back ten minutes without a word, just holding my package into the air and not looking at me at all. I never will deliver into Asda again. The customer service is under critic.

My local mega store. Love everything in this 24 hours ASDA of-course early closures weekend. Other than my home this is where I spent most of my time in Hayes. ASDA petrol station is open 24 hours pay by card service, cheap petrol in town with queue sometimes but worth the wait. Parking is huge, well maintained with preferences for people with disability and kids to park in front of entrance. They got 24 hours two Barclays cash machines. Escalators and Lifts for people who use buggies, less able customers. Enough Small and big trolleys available at the entrance of the store. George textile collection for Kids, Women’s and Men’s have got nice variety of quality designs at reasonable cost. Fruits and Veg, Baby section, Milk, bread, world foods, fresh foods, meat, drinks, snacks you name it, collect and take home. Asda own brand items are cheaper than other brands with good quality and I always select them mostly. Wine and drinks selections have got most of the brands in the market with cases at cheaper price. Small and larger Self checkouts, staff checkout are available based on convenience. Coffee shop after checkout is at good location to relax with a Cappuccino at the end. Customer toilets if maintained well at good condition. Tobacco and returns section available at the exit. Last but not least Staffs are so friendly, provide assistance with a big smile. One stop local store for all my needs. Barb
This store does not practice any social distancing, way too many shoppers in this store at one time, no one counting shoppers in and out. When I spoke to Stuart the GSM, his reply was \head office are counting our shoppers in and out via CCTV\.! A number of shoppers with no masks on and yet no one challenging them. A Staff member with a mask on, inside out, absolutely oblivious. Only last week marketing campaign from Asda that they were going to support and encourage all shoppers to wear masks. This is not being done at Asda Hayes Superstore. When I spoke and addressed this to Stuart, he did not seemed concerned what so ever. This needs to be addressed clearly at head office, as they are not taking Coronavirus seriously. My first and last visit to Asda.
Massive queues with no social distancing blocking up the floor aisles also no parking from taxis and vans using it as a place to wait for the airport
Good place to shop. They have reduced price. Lot of parking space.
