My partner owns a black Ford Fiesta. He called in earlier to discuss an issue with the car's immobiliser. They wanted to charge him 120 for the call out with no guarantee that the problem would be fixed. So as my partner negotiated the call out charge the mechanic became verbally aggressive shouting that he does not want to do the job. As a professional he should not be speaking to clients who have no idea about the mechanical/electrical aspects of a car. Appalling service. I wouldn't recommend or trust them.
