Helpful staff and save with COVID measures
We Bank as a Business and personally with Barclays stretching back some 65 plus years.We have a business manager and team! They have totally ignored us for nearly 3 weeks while trying to sort out a simple Bounce Back loan.We e mail,text,waste hours if not days on the phone on hold ,just to be cut off! I'm tempted to post names,but wont at this stage.Trust me avoid Barclays.Sure this post done me no favours,but neither have Barclays!
Amazing customer service, first time coming to this bank and it’s control of people entering is very good and when their machines stopped working while taking my money I got my money deposited in like 5-10 minutes
I have recently Visited at hayes Brunch to Open my Student Acount, The Service was outstanding, one of the Staff Which I cant Identify her Name have made Me Feel Home, Thank You We express ourselves on bad Experience, but thank you could Encourage The Staff to do more for the Local Communities, On Every Situation see It from The Positive Side
