Food here is incredible and it's our favourite go to restaurant. The service is warm and friendly. The manager/waiter/server does almost everything and does it with a smile. If there is a problem with the food they always solve it. Highly recommend trying the dosai or personal favourite mixed devil with ceylon parotha.

During the help to eat out scheme I ate here with my family. You’d think they’d have more staff for the increased demand but instead there was two waiters for almost a full restaurant. This led to us getting our food at different times and getting all of our starters an hour a half after we’d ordered it. The waiters were overworked but tried to do their job, I have a nut allergy and there was a menu item - butter paneer that had nuts but was not marked and the waitress lacked the ability to confirm with me . Overall the food was decent, however the service was poor.

If there were an option for 0 star I would have given 0. They are really bad in customer service, in addition to the fact they do not have enough staff to cater for the customers they serve. I suffered from food poisoning and the owner of the restaurant had the audacity to tell me that it was an allergic reaction and questioned why I had ordered food that I would have a reaction to?! She was extremely rude and arrogant. I also found a fly in the food to take away and the owner said this cannot be from their restaurant and must be from when I brought it home as they have a maintenance system to keep flies away. What utter rubbish! Stay away!

we gone yesterday Wednesday and there was eat-out-to-help-out 50% scheme in place. We seen the restaurant was closed half filled. Pros: 1. food was really delicious. We tried dawa whole fish fry, prawn dawa, nethili fry. All are very good. 2. quantity also OK sized 3. ambience was good Cons: 1. very less staff and chefs. Recent visit today seems we received food faster. 2. on that day only one chef and he couldn't give orders on time. We entered the hotel at 7:30pm and gone out around 10pm. Though we given full order at 7:30pm and we kept receiving one or two time every 20 minutes. one point of time, the waiter male person was kind of rude and he was saying almost for all lamb, and most of the chicken items not available. 4. i guess if they increase the staff count(more chefs and more waiters) then the service quality may increase.
Food is very nice, waiters are very polite...BUT...the food arrives bloody late. Already twice witnessed customers complaining about delays.
In a word, awful. Staff are clueless and dismissive, food is limited and overall a very unenjoyable experience. We went there at around 8'o clock and staff asked us to wait till 9-9:30 to get a table..After waiting for almost an hour when we went there to check for table booking as promised, the place ran out of food they said they can only serve dosa, staff was arguing with us over.. The man at the reception was very unprofessional and was showing a disdainful attitude. Really hate places like this who lack basic customer service skills.I'm avoiding this place like the plague. Would never be visiting this place again. Overall experience was horrible and would not rate/recommend this place to anyone..Stay away
