Crossrail the most expensive project in Europe was conceived and preferred to connect London with East, West , South and North. Reducing journeys from Shengfield and Abbey wood to Heathrow and Reading. Connecting the Thamelink to London networks at Farringdon, and the national rail at Liverpool street, Paddington and Farringdon.
