Went to the store last night after accidentally ordering the wrong item. Then had 15 minutes until store closed so ordered the correct item online and waited outside. Despite receiving my order confirmation and email saying the item is ready to collect before closing time of 6pm they insisted the item was not ready to be picked and then continued to serve other customers. Couldn’t be bothered to stay at work an extra 2 minutes to serve a customer. Also wouldn’t take my refund so paid 25 for two items, not even being able to receive the 15 item! Even after saying I didn’t care about the other 10 refund they wouldn’t go in and collect the item that I had paid for because apparently the government might find out a chap at the local curry’s went and collected an item for someone that wasn’t officially in the queue, what a laughable establishment, very disappointed I didn’t collect the chaps name to shame him on here

Busy place. Covid rules was strictly followed as I ended up queuing for a while but it moved fast. Too many window shoppers who play around inside and spend time browsing. Went there to buy Apple Watch SE but they don’t have stock. Staff mentioned apple got some issue with them and they have not received the supply for a while. This place is huge and they got all the household needs, surprised to see so varieties especially the TV sections. They got from low to very high range TVs in all brands mainly focused on Samsung. Fridge, washing machine, stoves all household and electronics mobiles, PC, laptop and many more. Best place to get them all for your household needs.

Only one out of 2 cases, staff helpful suggested other places to get another this was too far, so bought this one, had to use Amazon for the other.

Due to restrictions store is closed. Collect is available there is parking available outside and staff will bring your item and place in boot, alternatively you can walk to front and they wil give from there. You doing need email from Cuurys with code and last 4 digits if payment card.

It was great although you can't go I store and look around. If you need to buy something go on the app and collect in store. All of the workers are really kind, caring and helpful.
