Butcher Mujib is extremely rude! No customer service at all. When you request fish to be cut a certain way he ignores you and cuts it to his convenience, this is not the first time this guy is so arrogant and rude all the time! To be honest I'd rather go elsewhere for my poultry. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are amazing and always happy to help and assist.

they do not even deserve for one star. I provided the cargo. They pledged for the lack of 1 carton and wrote in papers that I abuce them. liars. if someone cheats you on the goods, then have a grudge against him not to the driver who brought your load in good faith. shame.
Quality food products, one place for everything, Asian Bangladeshi grocery store, very good prices, the young lady on the till very helpful and kind, I do my weekly grocery from here. Fresh meat chicken, fresh vegetables, frozen fish, rice oil spices everything.
I am so pleased that there is a good Bangladeshi food store as big this so close by my home. I used to go east London for Bangladeshi food.

Good place, but dirty now. Some of the staffs are very helpful and some are so rude they can’t be bothered to get you the stuffs and very lazy. You’ll never see the manager on the floor, when you called to talk to the manager he never answer the calls. There was a young girl working there was very helpful and positive motivation. She Always answer the question in positive manner and dealt with the inquiries. Manager should get staff like her working there. Can’t remember her name, she served the customers very well and knows how to deal with customer service. Some staff should be sack from there because they have no manners, rude and talk to much and they don’t knows anything about customer service, how to services customers. Unprofessional!! Young girl working there now she also good, but she need more training!!!

Excellent customer service. Two girls work on the till very helpful and kind. Shop is very clean and tidy. Excellent price for home and restaurant!! Very helpful staffs. I shop every other week with my family. I see some poor reviews here, some stupid people given. WAKE UP!! they give excellent services then any other Asian shop!!
