First time I have dealt with Galaxy Hayes, and I cant fault them one bit. Friendly, reliable, efficient and always on hand to help. Cant speak highly enough about the team and in particular Navair, thank you for your dedication and excellent communication! They will definitely be a company that will excel over the next few years!!

Marketed my flat through Galaxy and another estate agent. Had a viewing through another estate agent and then they made an offer through this estate agent as the prospective buyer was a friend of the person dealing with it who was Fateh Singh Pahwa. The third offer was accepted but it was made crystal clear that the property would not be withdrawn from the market until finance was arranged and a survey was booked in. Many mortgage applications don't get accepted and we didn't want to be left hanging after the stamp duty holiday should that be the case! Fateh assured me that a non refundable deposit was received from his friend and that he would be happy to transfer it should the property be withdrawn which was accepted as it seemed reasonable. A few days later he called asking why it was not removed from the other agent. I again explained that no deposit had been received by ourselves or our solicitors and to our knowledge no finance or survey had been booked in. He started shouting and screaming down the phone to which I replied, the offer is declined and we will not sell through you! This was the very worst experience with an estate agent we have ever had and we would strongly recommend against anyone using them. The property was priced far below market value for a quick sale and we have strong reason to believe that there was a conflict of interest and will refuse to sell through any agent that acts aggressively or unreasonably although no others have! PLEASE AVOID!

I recently moved home with the help of Galaxy estate agents. I moved during the period just after the Covid lock down. Galaxy were excellent, they made sure all potential buyers wore masks and they cleaned all door handles, light switches etc and sprayed my home with antibacterial spray after each viewing, ensuring we were all kept safe. I had previously had my property on the market with another local agency that had caused me nothing but stress and upset. Galaxy ensured all offers were genuine and that the risks of a sale collapsing were reduced to the minimum. They generally cared about the service they were delivering and making your dream of moving a reality, and as stress free as possible. They are a service full of truly kind and caring individuals. In particular Fateh could not have done anymore to be helpful, he was respectful, kind and a very good hearted person that helped and understood the upset we had already gone though with another estate agent and he did all he could to protect us from this disappointment again. With the help of him and the team at Galaxy my dream of moving to Somerset came true. I wish them all as much happiness in their futures as I am having in my new home.
We have used Galaxy Hayes' services to rent out our property and they have found an excellent family as tenants. Especially, Mr Nirver Singh Pahwa; who dealt with us; is a very patient and enthusiastic person!!
