I was looking for stone supplier/fabricator around my area and I have visited many showrooms ,but I never felt I can trust them with my worktops .after that I started looking online and luckily I came across Glass&Fusion , I gave them a ring and booked an appointment, So glad I did ,I absolutely don't regret it !! I have got the best quotation with the best customer service ,Serena listened to me ,observed and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve with my island worktop and the 3 waterfall design. The process was simple and easy ,all the team was friendly ,respectful and VERY professional. Now I have the island and worktop I was dreaming of ; I have nothing but compliments for Glass&Fusion , I definitely will be working with them in the future and I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family. This place really knows how to do a great job and take pride in what they do. I cannot rate them highly enough and couldn't believe how professional they are. We live in St.Albans and moved in to a new build home. The kitchen wasn't quite how we wanted it so we wanted to make changes. Glass and fusion were the ones hired to take care of the extra worktop we needed and to match what we already had. Not only did they match it but they also corrected mistakes made by whoever fitted our kitchen worktops originally. We were unaware if the bad job but to these guys, they could see it straight away and asked us if they could remedy it. We were in shock. You never get this level of service anymore but these guys really cared. Please, please, please don't change a thing about the way you conduct yourselves. I will be recommending you to everyone from now on. Other companies should take note and learn from you. Thank you for making my wife and I very happy with a great kitchen. Sam and Darsh.
We would highly recommend Abdel and his professional team for the attention to detail on fixing our new quartz worktops. Nothing was too much trouble. They were quick to respond to survey the work to be done and supplied the competitive quotation without delay. The old tops were taken out with the appliances and the new quartz tops and new appliances were all completed in one day. We are so happy with the end result and have already had ‘Wow’ responses from visitors. Well done guys; you deserve to succeed.
