i used there head office in Birmingham many times but i found this branch and its much nearer, its great, friendly staff very helpful and explain everything, i couldn't be happier , I've used 4 times so far and never a problem, 5 stars

Guys never use them!! They scam u and steal your stuff is been 4 months they took our things. They were supposed to deliver in 2 weeks. But now they won't pick up any calls or anything

Goran Transport, Not trustworthy, irresponsible, unprofessional and negligent. I used their services for awhile, but in two occasions they have damaged my items. Parts were stolen from two bikes. Tv screen damaged! They’ve also refuse to admit fault. Thus refused any kind of compensation or refund. So arrogant and really poor communication skills and definitely zero customer service. They need to learn how to conduct a business and maintain a proper customer satisfaction. I do not recommend them at all.
