I only found out about this pet store recently and my fist visit went very well, the staff were kind and inviting, they had a variety of needs for my budgies and they have many budgies and large parrots for sale, I would recommend this store to anyone who lives in this area, in my opinion it's better than pets at home.

Took my dog here. First things first.... the owner does nothing but shout at his little dog that he had barracaded in behind the till. Was explaining to the owner with the beard and bald head about my dog being ill and at the same time he did a poo (diarrhoea) in the shop. I apologised straight away and said ill clear it up. The owner turned around and was very rude. He was very upfront so I turned around and kicked off with him..... this was the only time he shut up and stopped mouthing off. I explained to the guy that this is probably why his shop was empty. Cleaned up the mess and walked off. Will never go back here and I recommend that no-one else does unless they want to have bad service. Would leave nok stars but this is not an option on google. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE
