One of our favorite spots in the city. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine, family-operated. Whenever we have last minute visitors we just order the platters and bring them home. Our friends love it too! Prices are reasonable and the owners are super friendly, can't remember his name though.. sorry! They always make the effort to say hello to the neighbors and frequent visitors...must try it!

It is not often you can find a place so close to the venue for a concert that has great food and reasonable prices. This place has both. We were also treated to some complementary dessert which was scrumptious. Not a fancy atmosphere, but everything else was wonderful. Would gladly visit again.

I just went to Hayes & Kebab for lunch today and feasted! I shared the veggie platter and the beef and lamb kebab platter. The food is plentiful, the decor is nice, and the service is quick. I would recommend this place for people who are looking for a Mediterranean spot in Hayes. Yum! I need a nap afterwards...food coma definitely set in.

Delicious reasonably priced food in a casual atmosphere. Huge bonus points for having a large outdoor seating area and free WiFi. Order at the counter and your food comes out to you speedily. Don't forget to try some of their decadent desserts too.

I love their Adana Kebab even though it is not like eating in Istanbul, we lack the spices here in the Bay Area for a real authentic Turkish flavor it is the closest thing around to the real thing. Turkish Kebabs are some of the best ways to prepare meat. Prices are a little high but worth the cost. The owner is a very nice man, he has in the past given me free Baklava when he was in a good mood.

I've tried the platter here, and that was really tasty. The best thing about this place that I've discovered so far, though, is the outdoor patio. It's really nice to sit out here with your platter and some beer or wine. Another plus: dogs are allowed.

Can't stop eating the beef shish kebab! The hummus may be the best in the city or even the country. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly. I frequent this place weekly and will be sad to see it close in September. However, I will be waiting for it's return in 2016! In the mean time, I'll be searching the city for their food truck!

This place has some delicious falafel and gyros, as well as a good selection of beer and wine. Their backyard patio is prime for enjoying a meal outdoors - though I know as of September 2014 they were closing for a remodel (unsure if that will affect the patio.)
