I was impressed before but this morning I called up and spoke to a lady who seemed to not want me to come in and just do it online. I was then asking her something and she said \Thank You Take\ Care and hung up. Am now having doubts about whether to open the Account

Small branch and not open as long as others on weekends, however they normally always have two cashiers -who themselves are professional, which helps keep queues down -compared to Natwest next door
