Good quality stationeries available for a good price, they have products from paper to printer and some computer equipment as well. They also does large banner printouts as customer requests, friendly staff and service, good deals.

Total rubbish. Understaffed and the staff which are there are not helpful. The the things I wanted were not in stock. Simple reply I got.. we just have what's on the shelf! Well, the shelves were empty! This place never used to be like this.

Staples needs to be on rip off Britain. 17p to print one side of a4 in black and white, 3.00 charge if you provide the document to print via, Email, USB or CD so not sure how else to provide my documents. 10p per document to staple, so in effect 10p per staple. But you do get a free A4 size paper bag to take your documents away with you. So I printed approximately 78 pages consisting of 12 documents and was charged 17.46 which amounts to over 22p a sheet/side and it black and white. Hate to think what colour would have cost. There is no information on their website stating printing or other costs, and it is only when you get to the store do find out. And before you ask, yes i did call the store and no one answered,

Fantastic stuff they just changed his name from Staples to office but the people are working the same they know what they do and then they will always find a good deals for you pleasant atmosphere

I've tried to keep patient, but these guys take the mick! Slow Slow Slow Service, today will be my last visit, its evident that head office really don't care about this store. Staff are so slow in everything they do, serving customers who want to buy, serving customers who need print. I actually witnessed someone today walk out while waiting for a print (I am not making this up) he phoned a rival company and went thats how slow Office Depot/staples. 3/4 staff members were behind the till, i waited 10 minutes in a queue which i was only in, i followed the example of the customer before, put everything down and thats when staff acknowledged me (Too late) and went PC World. Seriously just avoid this store its a joke! Unless you like waiting
