If I could give zero stars I would. On my first day I moved in things were broken, not clean and wires hanging from sockets. Their handymen couldn’t even realise what was broken and what wasn’t ... had to live with horrible mould on my ceiling in the bathroom due to the incompetence of the handyman. Completely rude and unprofessional staff, very obvious they talk badly about clients in the office. No empathy or morals, worst agency I have dealt with. STAY AWAY
Never ever buy properties with Peter Role. No ethic and no moral. Gives a promise and can't hold to it. I recently had a very very bad experience with them. No strategy nor own policy in dealing with buyers. Very disappointed. I feel so sorry for them and I Total understand all the other bad reviews they have.
I sold my house with Peter Rolfe after having it on the market with another local agent for four months, and within seven days I had three offers on the table, and a sale agreed! I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and will never go anywhere else. Thank you!
