As a local landlord I was very impressed how ProperKey got me the maximum rental income for my property. ’s more than the local agent who I felt just wanted to advertise at a lower price so they can rent my property quicker. Which has bugged me for years! The ProperKey team are truthful and they didn’t false promise me anything. The fees for landlords are very competitive. After several conversations, I came to understand they are landlords in the area themselves so they treat there clients how they want to be treated. Very professional. Work out of hours and on Sunday’s if they have to, to carry out viewings. They have there own maintenance team to prepare/manage your property for a new tenancy. Would forever recommend them!
