Its not a bad gym but the clients whom attend make it not such a great gym. The discipline is awful here, some people don't stick to their marked out working out areas, Majority do not put their weights away or in the right place even, and hygiene is terrible, very smelly gym, not the gyms fault but the clients who attend need to learn to shower and spray themselves. Shower area is fairly small especially seeing as how many people go to this gym, also do not like the shower settings as they just get hot, you cannot make the temperature cooler its just that way. All in all gym is not bad but little brush ups from the members cod make it a better place.

Nice, large, clean. There are a good amount of gym equipment. Two levels with the changing room and most marchioness on the first floor. The ground floor mainly has treadmills, weights and cycling machines. However, the gym was very busy, the music a little too loud and the air-conditioning could be turned to a higher level. Parking is just about okay but PureGym does share the parking space with several retail stores including a wickes.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero. How ever I signed up to local hayes gym I was watching my documentary on my phone and the branch manager told me that I am not allowed to play music on my phone outloud. So I asked fellow gym user next to me weather he could hear my phone he said no and on same responce on the right. Zorica Evetovic the branch manager took it personally and told me that she could hear it from her office. And i proved it to her that this is not music its just a documentary program and I am even i can't hear it properly so I was reading subtleties. So she carried on and she wanted me to stop my exercise so she could have a word with me i refused. And then one member walked upto her and said I wasn't disturbing anyone she is. So she left. The next morning I received an email from Zorica Evetovic the branch manager and suspended my membership i was so shocked that they could take your money and then they can abuse the system like this. This is bullying. i was not expecting this from the branch manager wrote that I have to attend the meeting in my working hours between Monday to Friday. Demanding a meeting. So complained to the head office. And membership services team. Still no response. Very disappointed. Very childish.

I like this gym very good equipment especially for my cardio but certain staff members are just rude. One example is the manger of the gym. Me and my father were working out and someone using the incline bench was spotting his friend I get that spotting isn't allowed because of covid but its normal to us and everyone who goes to these gyms to have a spotter. Anyway he goes up to them saying you can't spot and wasn't polite bosting that he's the manager etc... its not hard to say please can you do so and so due to covid guidelines cuz at the end of the day this isn't law its the new normal we are all trying to get used to.

I like this gym. Nice electronic entrance, mobile app about number of visitors in real time, information about my visiting time. Huge choose of equipment, all new. Clean floors, dressing rooms and showers. Good music. Parking
