I called Sams after I was given a crazy high quote from RAC. They were great - answered immediately (no waiting on hold) and then immediately came to tow the car to a garage they recommended. It was a Friday night and car was fixed ready to pick up by midday on Saturday. Would recommend
The most amazing service!! Sam got us out of a very tricky situation where we were stranded in France near the entrance to the Eurotunnel! He went above and beyond, provided the most professional and knowledgeable service, was very kind at the same time, and we couldn’t rate him and his company any higher!! Very highly recommend this recovery service- you will be in excellent hands! A huge thank you again for coming to rescue us and bringing us and our car back safely!
Having spent over an hour on hold to our breakdown service at past midnight at the airport we called Sam's and they responded brilliantly. They did exactly what they said they would do, were very punctual and went the extra mile, literally. I can't recommend them too highly, put their number in yours contacts - just in case. Can't stress enough how helpful they were, turned up in Friday night traffic, offered plenty of reassurance and guidance on what the problem was with my vehicle and took it to my dealers garage, friendly, polite and efficient. Superb service, highly recommended.
