I had my downstairs toilet completely refurbished by SHC Construction a few months ago. Their workmanship is immaculate. From the tiling to the bathroom fittings, everything is absolutely perfect and exactly how I wanted it. All the workman were very reliable and polite. Always arrived on time and worked hard all day until the job was complete. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done well and efficiently.
Excellent job completing a full refurbishment and new porch. Completed many minor jobs not included in quote at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.
I would like to thank Chandi for completion of large kitchen extension. The extension took longer than expected but the quality of work was well worth the wait. Chandi has great eye for detail. My advise would be very clear on the additional costs but he work is excellent.
Stay well away! He was due to start a big amount of work at my place and then text me at 6.55am on the day he was meant to start to say he will not be taking on the work. He since never showed up and has completely stopped responding to calls/msgs. I had packed away all of my kitchen, living room stuff and even sold my dining table and chairs to make space (because walls were going to be removed and stuff) and then he pulled this one. He was well aware we have young children in the house as well. Probably a blessing in disguise to be honest as I've now found someone else ALOT better than you anyway. I suspect he didn't like that I asked for some services to be clarified fully in the contract before agreeing to sign it, I'm sorry to say I don't apologise and would encourage anyone to ensure they were aware of what is and isn't included before agreeing to spend a lot of money on building work. I hope one day you are brave enough to call me back and explain your self. I could say more but can't be asked you are worthless!
SHC Constructiom take the piss! Quite literally in fact. After initally going out to politely ask him to move his van from blocking my driveway (with my car already parked in it), I found the driver relieving himself on the path between his van and my fence in broad daylight. He showed no ounce of remorse or regret for his actions, citing a recent operation as his authorisation to urinate outside peoples properties willy nilly (pun intended) before trying to show me some pictures of his recent toileting habits. Hopefully you dont need him to do any work your bathroom / toilet as who knows where he will decide to relief himself in your home...
We have got our driveway,rear extension and porche done by SHC construction. The most important thing is that they are trustworthy and they turn up when they say they will unlike most builders!!Chandi is hardworking and has an eye for high quality and good finish. Would definitely recommend him and hope that he keeps up the good work
