My family and I have booked with Station Cars Hayes for several years as we are local business owners and have returned to Station Cars out of loyalty. However this morning we have once again been let down badly and will not be booking with this company again. 3 times we have pre-booked transfers from our home address to London Gatwick for early morning flights. On each occasion the driver was either late, arrived without space for luggage and with a bad attitude or as was the case today, did not show up at all! After waiting 15 minutes and every attempt to contact the office was ignored, we ended up using Uber instead. This service is completely unnacceptable and totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I would just like to take out the time and say the my experience with station cars has been absolutely bewildering. I took a cab today with my husband and new born child and I have to say staff in the office aswell as the driver provided us with customer service beyond what we would have expected. The mini cab office is a small office situated right outside Hayes and Harlington Station. It was sparkly clean bright and a warming place to walk in to. Mr Shahbaz Khan one of the staff members, allowed us to wait for our mini cab inside the office offered us free tea and coffee and was extremely polite and had a great big smile on his face . It wasn’t about the money for station cars as our trip was only a 10 trip and we received such professional treatment. I would definitely recommend this mini cab office to all my friends and family. Great work guys keep it up!

This is the first time i used this cab company. i must say that i am very happy with the service provided by them. friendly and i got a cab booked quickly and hassle free thanks to shabaz. Thanks to station cars for the lovely service and cheap prices.

I ordered a cab after specifically requesting a forward facing car seat for my 2 year old, and being told this was fine. I even cancelled a cheaper booking with Sky1 Ex because they said they couldn't provide a suitable car seat. I know that car seats in taxis are not a legal requirement but I am an anxious traveller and wanted to keep my toddler as safe as possible. Around 20 minutes before the start of my journey, I was called to clarify whether a booster seat was OK. I said no because my child was only 2 and again, specifically asked whether a forward facing car seat was available for her and was told it was fine. When the car arrived, the driver gave me a choice of a booster seat (that my toddler is too young for) or a baby car seat, which my toddler was too big for. The driver told me to just hold her, which I had to do anyway as no suitable car seat was given so I had no choice. He also said no-one else asks for car seats, and I told him that I did and was paying more to have one. No apology either. I called Station Cars to be told that first of all, I was just being \extra\ as a car seat wasn't a legal requirement and that they had tried their best. I did get an apology after a heated discussion but it didn't feel sincere after the preceding comments. I was given 2 off my journey, which was still more expensive than Sky1 Ex. And to top it off, at the end of my journey, I was gathering all the things for my toddler and the driver told me to get out because he had another job. We went to the shop before getting our train and when we came back 15 minutes later, the car was still parked there so he was just being rude. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and I would really recommend going with ANY other cab company.
