Stones are a team of very authentic and genuine Estate Agents. To sell our house, after having a few quotes and all kinds of opinions from various other estate agents, we called Stones. Scott the incharge for valuations gave us a very realistic idea about the listing price, expected time scale and some staging tips.No sales pitch and other common sales tactics were used.Every bit of the information proved to be true at the end and we are proud of our judgement that we decided to go with them instead of choosing to go for any other estate agents around. They are not among the ones that initially would lure you into listing with all kinds of sales pitch and how they advertise your house all over the world and yet forget get a result at the end. We got the price that Scott had estimated. Stones are neither sweet talkers nor rude, they just get on with the job and get it done. Ranj will help you with best mortgage advice. Fees charged are old school & genuine to say the least. Ruban was the main contact throughout this and was as much involved and totally focused on this as much as we were. Huge credit to Ruban for all the work that we know he had put into this in the middle of covid situation. It is actually a relief to realise that such firms are still around.
