I have been with teaching personnel for over ten years as a teaching assistance. I love the way the company listen to you, in order to match your abilities to the schools that you require. so far I have not had any disappointments. Teaching personnel is very active in trying to get you daily work, more importantly, with the right pay. They keep you up to date with current subjects and curriculum required when working in the classroom. when you start your post in a new school, you already know the schools' structure. Honestly, I will strongly recommend them and I have been.
Teaching personnel has been an amazing agency to work with and I would highly recommend them! Georgia has been fantastic and encouraging and has really helped me on my supply teaching journey. Coming from a long career in teaching full time, I took a break after having a baby. I quite hesitantly decided to join an agency and joined teaching personnel as we used to use them for supply's in my previous school. Georgia was my first port of call and she has done wonders! She is encouraging and is always there, ready to help you with all your queries and worries. She found me a local school super fast and it's been brilliant since.
