I have been with this surgery for a year and need to register how pleased I am with the service, aside from the long waits which others have mentioned, just thought I'd get that bit out the way, had to drop a star for that I'm afraid! The receptionists have gone out of their way at times, I guess I am what you would call a frequent flyer as I'm bedbound with a chronic illness so regularly need to speak to a doctor via the phone, or if really needed a visit. Doctors have been great and I'm confident they take the time to listen and help with whatever health problem decides to crop up, I currently have a bit of an allergy issue and they have been honest and said it's too complex so need specialist help. Whilst they have all proven very knowledgable I really appreciate honesty like that. I wanted to counter some of the negative reviews here to be honest I was quite surprised by them as I am really impressed with this surgery. Keep up the good work everyone and thank you.

They called and asking me to change my gp wail I’m at hospital have cancer operation and can’t move from BAD they are not humans .Avoid .
I have found Cedar Brook too much better surgery than my previous one - Yeading Medical Centre )where I used to be registered for long 5 years!). It is quite busy, but they manage to be professional, committed and friendly. They will take your issue and pain very seriously and always try to do their best. I would recommend people to share their positive experiences. Many reviews are showing the opposite then let’s find a solution together, open a public discussion and give our recommendations.
Been registered with this surgery for years and it says something whe you cant get through to make an appointment or speak to your Doctor regarding a medical concern. They keep you waiting on a queuing system for ages and then cut you off when you get to number 1 position. Its an outrage, Thank god I rarely need medical help
