I would give them a lower score if I could. The telephone service is awful... If you are in a meeting then let the patients know when you will be finished instead of having the voicemail on loop.

I went to register and I went with a valid passport and a counci tax bill for the current year. This wasn't enough, it had to be a bank statement. So I went to my branch of my bank and they gave me one that was stamped by the branch. Still not good enough. I had my driving licence on me. Still not good enough. Shrugs of shoulders and the 'thats the way it is' attitude. Appalling surgery. It seems like they just don't want new patients so they make it impossible to register. Avoid like the plague. Anyone that desperately needs a bank statement is more interested in your finances than your ID. We are judged on our finances by the GP system now. Truly disgusted. Especially in a world where we are openly encouraged to avoid paper and go electronic. A very disgusted service user.

A horribly run practice that has caused me endless grief and where the reception staff are absolutely incompetent. They cannot answer why they don’t accept a drivers license as proof of ID, but do accept birth certificates. Birth certificates do not prove your identity at all. There is total ignorance of the rationale of their own foolish policies and any questions are perceived as you “being rude”, because they’re too thick to cope. How can a drivers license be unacceptable as ID? It’s good enough for the police for Christ’s sake. Utterly laughable. Do yourselves a favour and register anywhere else but this sorry excuse for a surgery.

Useless GP clinic, they don't answer calls and don't think about getting an appointment.
