Not organised at all my van was booked 2 weeks ago under their monthly pay policy customer but they said it's not booked and have to set up new policy however I still have one whole year to pay so had to cancel it. Not worth too much headache and doesn't work upon their words.

Don't trust them My van is under warranty In 19 August I took it for service and end up with payment of 750 I left. 2 days later system.light come up Oil became black And then I have booked another appointment for engine light and they said it is Fine no problem found Said drive it in motor way to clean the PDF system . I had to drive 2000 miles very 3 days from London to Bournemouth motorway to clean OFF and message disappear and says cleaning complete and 2 days later message comes up . They said they will check it for regeneration pdf.... The vehicle is under warranty yet But they want big invoice No customer care No phone call answer Lied on the phone They look at your eyes and lies DON'T TRUST THEM
