These people who run this trust are marvelous. They have seen me through some hard times always sorted out any problem l've had, and there have been quite a few, with not only kind words but solutions. They've help me through hospital admissions and the lockdown. There aren't words adequate enough to describe this wonderful organisation and there empathetic manner.

I Contacted this trust when my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer, sadly due to my allergy we had to find a home for his beloved dog Bonny who was 10 years old. This was a stressful time for us all on many levels and my dads worry was who would care for his companion. Cinnamon Trust were amazing and arranged a wonderful foster family for Bonny. This was 2 years ago nearly and we get regular updates from her new carers. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

Unable to assist with an elderly friend's dog when she was rushed into hospital at the beginning of May. Apparently you need to have a crystal ball which lets you know when you are going to be ill so that you can register in advance. Perhaps this should be reflected in your advertising which is certainly very misleading, as even social care pointed me in your direction to help!

Would not help my elderly neighbour who's been paying them for sometime. She had to go into hospital and they refused to take her dog who is elderly and ill. They were really rude to her completely unhelpful.
