I very rarely leave reviews, however I feel this strong about the poor service I received this morning 05/02/2020. Very short/curt receptionist on the phone who offered very little/no support or empathy towards my situation. May be a good surgery who knows? but the customer care and attention to care upon answering calls needs addressing!

After having a new dentist and receptionist The surgery has improved lots. Really friendly new receptionist Gemma. Nice friendly dentist. And is now taking cards and cash. A real bonus at long last. Waiting room is very small and the seats need a good clean which is why I haven't given 5 stars. The pub next door lets you use toilets for a small donation which I think is fair. A great improvement, phone was answered very quickly and with a friendly voice at the other end at long last.
