Love the new sash windows. Great quality product, looks just like the originals (minus the leaks, and there is no rattling in a high wind). The fitters were superb professionals. CTG had to start a day later than planned due to weather, but put two teams on the project so as to finish on time. Very happy with the company

I believe this is the same company as St Ives Windows as they share an address so I am copying my review here for total transparency. Looking at the previous reviews, it may be that CTG has had a change of personnel, as unfortunately our experience does not reflect that of the previous reviewers and we have not encountered any of the staff mentioned. The only person we spoke with was Graham who although initially friendly and helpful, subsequently has not been easy to deal with. IF they are still operating as separate businesses then if you are reading this I suggest you make sure you deal with CTG, not St Ives Windows. Unfortunately we can not recommend this company due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. Although we have (finally) got the windows and doors we ordered and they are of good quality, the process has been painful. Graham does not respond to emails, and there were several errors made with the order. Two windows were originally made to the wrong size, the door was the wrong style and colour, and the obscure glazed windows were supplied with different patterned glass to that which we'd requested. They left the window surrounds in a terrible mess which meant the builders had to repair and re-render, and they also neglected to remove their rubbish, leaving it for the builders to dispose of. They have taken no responsibility for any of their errors and to add insult to injury they are now trying to charge us almost 400 extra for having the door sprayed to the originally requested colour and tongue and groove panels fitted to it. Very disappointed.

Your fitters finished my job yesterday and I must say I am very impressed with their work, their attention to detail and consulting me over thing like rerouting cables etc. Very helpful, friendly team, and I am delighted with e results.

# Update 16.12.19: Unfortunately we never received a call on friday but we did have a message left for us this morning at 10.09 from Sarah advising us that Graham will be in touch to rearrange the appointment. I would be grateful if Graham could please call my husband tomorrow on his mobile number that he has left with the office on a number of occasions. # Please beware of this company. We have a new build and the windows and doors are the biggest let down. Despite having a ten year warranty, the company does not want to come out and resolve any of the issues. We have had a wide range of issues ranging from double glazing being fitted instead of the triple glazing that we had ordered, faults with the handles, poor fitting, and we are now left with doors that are not not fitted correctly and therefore letting in drafts and water. No one responds and my husband has wasted an hour this morning waiting for Graham to turn up . What a surprise, a no show and not even a courtesy call or appol
