I don't know how we would have navigated thru this past year without Hays Firm. We suffered the loss of a family member in Chicago back in August of 2018 and had to make some quick decisions immediately after the funeral. Andy met with us and within days his assistant Jaime got us all set up with the legal documents necessary for us to move forward with settling the affairs of our loved one. Even though I was located in Arizona, anytime I had a question or encountered a problem they stepped up and provided us with the timely answers we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Andy and Hays Firm if you need a solid estate attorney.

Attorneys are a dime a dozen in Chicago and it seems like a new law firm pops up on every corner each day. It seems like every street has three to four attorneys proclaiming they're the best attorney in town. Even though there were attorneys all over my neighborhood, I took the time to search and find the law firm that was best for me and getting my estate planning in order. After spending a good amount of time searching, I came across the Hays Firm. From day one, I knew they were going to be a great fit for me. Estate planning isn't something that I took lightly, since I wanted to make sure that my partner was well taken care of when I pass away. Andy, Sarah, and Jaime were tremendous with pointing me in the right direction and helping me get my entire estate plan in order. While I really wasn't losing sleep over my estate plan, I do now have the peace of mind knowing my partner and family are taken care of in care anything should happen!
