We had a hail storm come through and did a lot of damage to our house. We contacted Firefly to give us an estimate. They came out and gave us an estimate in just a few days of contacting them. They were so kind, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for us. We hired them after we got their quote. They took over dealing with our insurance company because the insurance company fought us on everything. While they were here we made some adjustment to what we wanted done to our house and added some things and they did an outstanding job. They just finished our siding and windows on our house and i couldn’t be more pleased with the work that they did. The crew was so kind to my kids and went above and beyond for my husband I. We are definitely customers for life. Thank you for your kindness, your hard work and your dedication to your customers.

Someone driving a company truck came very close to hitting myself, and other people, while driving down a highway. The speed limit was 75, and we were all doing it but the individual driving seemed to have felt it wasn't fast enough. If they aren't professional/ responsible with their own equipment, I highly doubt they would be responsible with customer projects.
