The showers need to be deeply cleaned. Pretty sure I saw mold in mine. But the nastiness of the store doesn't stop there as it seems the whole store could use a deep clean. It's disappointing to see when so many other Pilot locations are much better kept up. While the employees were somewhat nice I did get the feeling that they couldn't care less about what was going on in the store. Management really needs to do a better job about teaching customer service and how to properly clean.

Ill stocked and messy. Old man keeps showers as clean as possible but they need deep, steam cleaning. Those bathroom fans need serious wipe down too.

Arby's workers like to sit in the handicap stalls and there is only one...I couldn't get my wheelchair in any other stall and ended up not being a good ending! Had to cancel out my date night and go home! Why are people so inconsiderate of others ! If you don't have a legit reason to use the handicap stall don't use it !

If you want to use the point in your reward card in Arby’s the say that you do not have point. I had to show my point and that say that I don’t have points.

This stop is ok. Morning crew does need to drink more coffee. Coffee pots are empty and so is the hot food. I told one of the ladies that they were out of coffee (at around 630 am) and she says ok but doesn't do anything.
