Rich Doss has gone downhill within the last year. Generally their drivers are rather grumpy (which reflects on their work environment) and they nearly always show up after receiving time has ended. The cost of doing business with them has also nearly doubled. The quality versus cost is leaving something to be desired. Their customer service people are generally nice people to talk to.
