Awful rip off company see you in court .stitched up the wrong one this time

They didn't pay money for workers. Don't care about them clients. I put them in to the small claim court. Also they don't care about Covid-19 rules. I have all evidence, video and emails. Before you start business with them please send me a email to [email protected] and I will provide everything about this company, doggy son and father. They change name from A&a to AA Construction, but everything still a same.
Did insurance work to repair paint in my property whilst I was on holiday. Damage caused to my property by splashed paint in areas that were not even painted. Complete disrespect shown for our house by entering areas which had been sealed off by us before our departure. Management refuse to discuss the issue. They never call back when they say they will and have not even apologised.
Came to fix a leak under the sink. Replaced isolation valve and was paid immediately. Moments after leaving a further leak appeared. When contacted we were quoted an additional fee to rectify this. Promised to call back but after failing to appear only responded after numerous calls and said could only come at 9pm which was not convenient. We still have a leak and request for a refund has been refused.
They repaired damage done to our private drive roundabout by a Tesco van. It was a total mess because the van got stuck during a very rainy day and completely excavated the soil and grass. It finally got out after revving for some 20 minutes. I have to be honest when I was told A&A be instructed to do the work and I checked Google reviews I was very apprehensive. But now that the repairs have been completed I feel obliged to leave a review here to add some balance. I am completely satisfied with them: they called, were courteous on the phone, booked a date and time, turned up on time and did a great job. Our roundabout looks even better than before. The workers also liaised and had chats with our neighbour who is responsible for our communal gardens even though they did not have to. She must have asked them to call her when they finish because they buzzed our door by mistake looking for her. After I told them it was a different flat, they were so polite and apologetic that they buzzed the wrong door. Bless them!
