Kim Carter

Hi my name is Kim Carter, my mum Betty Wheeler has been a resident for just over four months. This is what I would like to say from my experience. On arrival we are always greeted with a smile, the home is spotless. The staff are amazing with relatives n visitors. There is always someone at hand if you need anything. Since mum has been there she’s had her glasses n hearing aids all sorted out, they really are on the ball. Since mums been there she is eating a lot better, n sleeping all night. I have to say a big thank you to all staff n a big thank you to Connie the manager she’s amazing she keeps the home running like clock work many thanks Kim xxxx

This care house is excellent. The staff actually care and it shows in everything they do. It is run by Lucy, ably assisted by Lumi (excuse spelling) who are magnificent.
