Freshly cooked, very tasty, staffs are friendly and helpful. We went for the lunch buffet, only 1 main course per person and papadum not included in the price. We still end up too much food and very full up.

So disappointed 2 hours late on the delivery time stated (we were told 7:10 it arrived at 9). I know it's a busy time but please at least give us a heads up and be honest, instead of stating its out for delivery when we ring when it clearly isn't. We rang at 8 and then at 8:40. When the food came it was stone cold and we had to microwave, we were also missing our samosas and the egg in the curry had a green ring from bring over boiled. Such a shame as we were looking forward to trying this after being recommended!

Ordered a takeaway meal for delivery. It was 20 minutes late and had to chase. Was told it was on route and it arrived 15 minutes later. Disappointing as it was ordered with 3 hours notice. On arrival noticed a side dish was missing. Rang the Balti House who promised to refund me or deli er the item and promised yo get the manager to call me. Given the meal was already late I suggested a refund would be most appropriate. It is now 3 weeks on a I have had no credit or phone call. Cynically I feel this is typical. Even if its not it isa very poor show. Moral of this, review? Don't be as trusting as I was.! By the way what food we had was average and nothing more
Rubbish. Took 90 minutes to turn up on a Tuesday night. They’re a five minute drive from us. What turned up was bland with really chewy lamb. The onion bhajis were good therefore the one star.
