Beautiful flats inside but I had my reservations about the outer architectural design when they were being built - I thought they were prison like. Now, on completion, they're not too bad. Friends have bought one. 12,000 for the car parking space. Leasehold. Big bright lounges. Would I live there when I downsize? No!
